Course Registration

Register Online

All students should register for or drop courses through Student Planning in Self-Service. Undergraduate students are required to meet with their advisor before registering. Students should also verify that their account is in good standing to avoid any registration issues.

Students create their academic plans by searching for current course offerings in Student Planning in Self-Service. Before registering for the next semester, you should consult with your faculty advisor to plan your schedule based on available courses.

Register via Add/Drop Form*

*If you receive an error that prevents you from registering for certain courses in Self-Service, read the message carefully for instructions on how to resolve it. If you believe the error is incorrect, contact Registrar@northpark.edu.

  • Students may not drop their entire schedule online. To drop your final course, you must complete an Add/Drop Form.

Add/Drop Policies

  • A complete list of deadlines is available. Learn more about our add/drop policies.
  • Courses may be added or dropped at any time before the end of the first week of class at no charge.
  • Student Accounts will apply a $15 late fee for any class added after the first week of the term.

Open Registration Dates

Students are advised to:

  1. Consult their Student Plan and their advisor with questions regarding their degree completion and courses.
  2. Ensure there are no billing holds on your account. Check with Student Accounts via聽studentaccounts@northpark.edu聽to be sure their account is in good standing and to avoid delays in registering for the course sections they want.

Spring 2026 Open Registration will occur according to the following schedule:
